Richard and Jackie, Geoff and all Kalena’s family. I wish we had met Kalena and we need to get in touch. Time goes by so fast
Dale and Anne Davison
Kalena taught swimming lessons to our grandchildren. With her bubbly personality and skilled teaching ability she had every swimmer achieve great things.
Sincere condolences to her family and friends. Rest In Peace Kalena.
Kalena had a smile that could light up a room and had energy like no one I have ever met! Our daughters worked with her at the Carberry pool and I also was lucky enough to work with her for a few years when she was a lifeguard. She has so much passion and drive for the kids and the community. To the Green and Davison families our hearts break for you all. Kalena was a beautiful soul and touched many people.
Our lives are richer having had the honor of being part of Kalena’s. I will cherish our memories throughout university, becoming teachers, and having her as a part of our family for some time. I’ll forever turn up the volume to Roses by The Chainsmokers, get on the dance floor when asked, and jump at opportunities to make someone else’s day a little brighter, because of Kal. We extend infinite love and strength to the Green and Davison families.
Kalena is a remarkable person with many strengths and talents. She too has a remarkable family. Our hearts are heavy for all of you and for those in her huge circle of friends.
Kalena, you are loved and respected by many. Rest In Peace.
To Geoff and Boone; Don, Melanie and Jerra; and the extended Green, Davison and Meyers families – our sincere condolences to all on your loss of Kalena. Each of you will have your own special memories of Kalena…may they bring you peace as you navigate the difficult days ahead ❤️
I had the privilege of meeting (and rooming) with Kalena at the 2014 Student Leadership Conference in Bancroft, Ontario. Kalena had a smile that lit up the entire room. Her energy was contagious. In the span of just a couple days I knew I had made a lifelong friend. You will be missed Kalena ❤️
Kalena taught at my elementary school in Miniota MB. I was in grade 7 at the time, and though she was teaching grades 3-4, I always loved talking to her during recess and lunch. I always remembered her since. I’ll miss you, Ms. Green, thanks for being a friend to me. 💖
Kalena shined a smile that could light up any room. I will never forget her as being one of the kindest, and most inviting people when I first moved to town. She often invited me to join for movie nights, animal visits, family bbqs, walks, or a quick basketball scrimmage. She could motivate you like no other person. She will be so dearly missed by so many. Thinking of all her family and friends every day.
