About Us

Interlake Cremation & Memorial Services was established in July 2017 with the mission to help families throughout Manitoba make informed decisions at a difficult time. Interlake Cremation is owned and operated by Rick Kotaska, a licensed funeral director and embalmer with over 32 years of experience.

Here at Interlake Cremation, our team takes pride in providing honest, transparent, and compassionate assistance at every stage in the funeral services planning process, ranging from immediate cremation to full traditional celebration of life services. Owning our own crematoriums makes us an alternative to the traditional funeral home by allowing us to offer services at a lower cost with confidence and peace of mind.

We would be pleased to meet with you for a free, no-pressure consultation to discuss how we can meet your needs so you can make informed decisions.
