July 7, 1959 – January 12, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Graham Sheffield. Mark’s memory lives on with his children, son Drew (Alicia) and daughter Tabitha (Ilya), along with his sister Erica (Les) and brother Clive (Sandra). He also leaves the world with a niece Sabrina, and nephew Logan.

Mark is predeceased by his beloved wife of 25 years Agnes, father Eric, Mother Shelia, Brother David, and cat Nigel.

Mark was born in Royston, England. His family moved to Canada when he was three, where he was raised in Brockville, Ontario. His family would briefly move back to England in his teens but would move back again to Canada after a few years. They would move to Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he would eventually meet his wife Agnes, and build a life together in Tyndall, Manitoba.

Mark will be remembered for his love of Canada, his love for hockey, his fascination and deep knowledge of the universe, and his wicked sense of humor, that he would pass along to his children. He also enjoyed building model airplanes and spaceships and drinking some beers with his friends. In his pastime, Mark loved spending his days tending to his garden during the summers and stargazing at night.

A private graveside burial will be held for immediate family and friends.
