I enjoyed meeting Doreen several times through her daughter Bonnie. She had a mischievous sense of humour, a tremendous zest for life, and a huge heart. My condolences to the Panas Family.
I remember vividly Mrs Panas would sit with us at the kitchen table whenever I would pop in to see Bonnie as we are friends
I’m saddened by this news and I’m sorry your family lost a truly great lady. Doe was my Mom’s (Shirley Campbell) best friend growing up. She was like my aunty on so many ways. She looked out for us when my mom couldn’t make ends meet and was just a really truly kind, thoughtful and generous person. Thoughts are with her whole family 💔
Our condolences to you and your family!
I am so sorry to hear the news of your mom. Kim, Bonnie, Todd & Chris. Your mom was a special lady hanging out with Chris when we were in high school and going to your house your mom always made sure lunch was ready didn’t matter how many friends came over.
I have lots of great memories. RIP Mrs. Panas
Mom as I called her because I grew up with Bonnie since we were four. She will be sadly missed by everyone. She was caring, thoughtful, full of life and was very proud of her children, she would tell me that when I would stop in for a cup of tea when no one was around. I remember no matter if it was at their house in Wpg, the cottage in Wpg Beach or their home in Petersfield she was also wanting to make you something to eat. She would always say you girls are so skinny get some meat on those bones. Her homemade meals were something to die for. Always homemade not boxed stuff. She loved when the whole family got together during Christmas. Bonnie you an unbelievable person for taking care of your mom when she needed it the most. Always cherish the good memories in your heart of mom. Love Belinda (Bimba, that’s what mom always called me)

Dennis and I were saddened to learn of Doe’s passing. Our friendship was a long Beautiful journey over many years. Doe will always hold a very special part of our hearts as it is with her help and her friend Shirley that Dennis and I met and married oh so many years ago. It is such a special memory for us. Doe was a wonderful person. She was a devoted wife to Eddy and a loving mother to her children. Kim, Bonnie, Todd and Chris. Whenever we met Doe she welcomed us with her friendly smile and always as with a great hug. Hugs by her were always special full of joy and love. She had a wonderful sense of humour and her laugh was contagious to all who knew her. She was a kind, sensitive, loving, caring person and we cherish our memories of our fabulous Doe. Our deepest sympathy to all her family and friends.
