Art, Scott, and Neal,
So sorry to hear of Irene’s passing, she was a very loving and caring lady who was a pleasure to deal with, when booking many trips which I know she really looked forward to. I know her family was very important to her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Take care.

Dear Arte , Scott and Neal, I was shocked to hear of Irene’s passing. As you know we worked side by side for many years. She often made me laugh with her stories about all of you. I use to say:I’d love to be a fly on the wall in your house, she loved you all so much. Bod bless all of you.
I was so saddened to hear of Irene’s passing.
I can’t recall the number of times she asked for a thingy or a whatsit. I usually knew what she meant. Also how frustrated she got when people couldn’t understand her lovely Scottish accent. Being English they couldn’t always understand me either.
She was a loving and caring soul. Gone too soon. I want to send out my heartfelt condolences to the family.
We are very sorry that you have lost such an important member of your family so suddenly. Please accept our condolences — which we extend to all of you. Our hearts go out to you at this time of mourning.
Scott,
