1940 – 2026
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Eric Kurt Fieber on August 15, 2026, at his home in Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba, at the age of 86.
Born in Germany on February 8, 1940, Eric immigrated to Canada with his parents, Erich and Maria Fieber, and his uncle, Alois John. He grew up in Winnipeg, graduated from Tec-Voc High School, and worked as an electrician throughout his career. Eric later resided in St. Andrews and Winnipeg Beach
Eric is survived by his children, Curtis (Kimberly), Corinne (Ren), and Kerry (Harriet), and by his grandson, Braeden. He was formerly married to Eva, with whom he shared three children. He was predeceased by his parents, Erich and Maria Fieber, and his uncle, Alois John.
In accordance with his wishes, Eric was cremated. A private service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 520 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Eric will be remembered and missed by his family and friends.

So we searched and got the news. We had tried to connect a few times in the past.
