Ronald Johannes Stiem

August 1, 1951 – July 11, 2026

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Ron Stiem, aged 74 years, of Lockport, MB., on July 11, 2026 at Selkirk Regional Health Authority (ER).

He leaves behind his beloved wife Barb, daughter Cassandra, sisters Barbara (Robert), Patricia (Roman), nephews Gregory (Brenlee), Steven (Cohen), nieces Rachael and Nicole (Chris), sister-in-law Dale, brother-in-law Randy and nephew Jett Bullard.

Ron was predeceased by his parents Egon and Margarete Stiem and mother-in-law Jean and father-in-law Lawrence Sielkie.

Ron was born in Quickborn, Germany and came to Canada in 1956 when he was five years old. He worked many years at Custom Truck Sales and continued his career when the company changed to Inland.

Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
