Wanda Mae Hardwick, 73 years young, beloved wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma, sister, auntie and friend to many, passed away surrounded by love and peace.
Wanda Mae was born January 16, 1953, in Selkirk, Manitoba. She was the eldest daughter of seven and sister to ten brothers. Mom married her one and only love, Bob Hardwick, May 29, 1971, and they shared a life of true devotion. Together they had three children, Roberta, Rob (Tikena) and Roy (Wendy), with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mom/Wanda will be remembered for her hard work ethics, zest for life, and that smile and infectious laugh that you could hear anywhere. Most of all, serving her one and only Lord Jesus Christ.
Wanda Mae will be incredibly missed by all who knew and loved her. It’s not good-bye, it’s see you later. We will meet again.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Wanda became my mother-in-law and grandmother to John and Jordan in the late 90’s. She remained close to me after I remarried, and welcomed Dave and Brianna into her life as family as she did with many. She always took the time to tell you how much she loved you and that laugh …….❤️. I will miss you Wanda and know that I am thinking of you Bob, Roberta, Robert and Roy and families in this very difficult time.
We are saddened to hear of Wanda’s passing. Deepest condolences to Bobby and family. May she rest in peace.
We were blessed to have known such a beautiful soul. She was there for everyone, especially her family which she cherished deeply. And you’re right, it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later. Love to all of you that she left behind. Her love lives in all of you🙏🏻❤️

I miss you soo my big sister, it was a honor and privilege to of been there with you those last months..I love you and thank you for always telling me about Jesus..love little sis merlie as you called me.
When I married her ex son-in-law, I never expected to be welcomed in to the family with the open arms that she so graciously provided, but she did exactly that. Wanda was always so welcoming and made me feel like us grandparents were all one big team to our grandkids. She always came with such joy and love every time I saw her.
Wanda, your infectious laughter, smile and kind heart will be forever missed by all of us.
Sincerest Sympathy to the Hardwick family! Wanda was a special light in this world. I first met Wanda when the kids were in my class at Ruth Hooker. She was s dedicated mom . As the years went by and our paths crossed in Selkirk she always stopped to chat and let me know how the family was and how it was growing. I always looked forward to our visit at the store. You are all in my thoughts and prayers! A very special lady!
