October 16, 1961 – August 5, 2025
After a brief illness, Kim passed away on August 5, 2025 with family by her side.
Kim is predeceased by her parents Tom and Martha, parents-in-laws Einar and Evelyn, brother Tom, sister-in-law Darlene and nephew Brenden.
Kim leaves behind to mourn her husband Myles, sister Pam, sister-in-law’s Johnna, Olivia, Tammy, brother-in-law Chad, nieces Justine, Jackie, Tori (Matt), nephew Chase, great-nephews Roman, Ryder, Ty, great-niece Dani and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A huge thank you to the staff of nurses, HCA’s and doctors at Selkirk General Hospital, for the wonderful care they provided to Kim throughout her stay.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 11am to 1pm at Gateway Community Centre, located at 1717 Gateway Road in Winnipeg, MB.

Kim was technically our cousin-in-law, but in reality she was family, we always called her our cousin. She was fun, funny and wise; an outgoing, vibrant personality that complimented our Myles’ gentle quiet. Such a beautiful person, she will be missed.
