December 8, 1932 – March 22, 2024
It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mom.
Left to mourn her passing are her daughters – Dianne (Chris), Gerry, Debbie and her son Danny. Son in Laws – Clarke & Larry – 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Sisters – Dorothy, Olga, Vi (Ron), Brother Walter, Sister in laws – Ruth & Pauline.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Dan, daughters Brenda and Sue, son Bob and brothers Les, Nick, Steve, Sister Janet and son in laws Frank and Marc.
Mom was a great loving, hardworking wife and mother. Mom was a postmaster for 17 years until she retired in 1997. Mom was a great cook, famous for her perogies, Hawaiian Pork, and chiffon cakes.
She loved to crochet, knit slippers, and Hudson Bay mittens. Mom loved the casino trips they took on bus tours. Later the casino trips were for family birthdays, lovely visits and a nice meal.
Mom will be loved, missed and in our hearts forever. In following our mom’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
