It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Wendy Cooper on June 14, 2023, at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg MB.
Wendy is survived by her children, her very best friends, Jason (Lissa), and Kristin (Cory Ricard, grandchildren, Carson, and Victoria); her love and partner for over 30 years Jerry Sereda Sr and his three sons, Jerry (Meghan), Christopher (Maria), and Ryan. As well as many other family and friends. Wendy will be missed by so many. Her summer morning visits with Jason, her Friday outings with Kristin and her crazy daily/nightly coffee routines with Jerry, will be forever cherished and so very hard for all of us to do without; fly free Mom, we will love you always and miss you forever. Per Mom’s wishes cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. For those so wishing, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or a pet shelter of your choice in her name, Wendy would be so grateful.

I’m so sorry for your loss . To her partner Jerry and her beautiful children , Kristen and Jason my sincere condolences. Your mum and I worked together at EDB many yrs ago , she was so kind and generous . We partied and laughed together often. Our friendship went on after work with lunches and phone calls. May they sing G L O R I A as she starts her new journey
