I knew Gary for almost 40 years and have many, many wonderful memories, which I will always cherish. We lost an amazing man & human being. I’m sorry for your loss Edie, Blythe, Darren & Lance. I know how much you all loved him & I know how much he loved all of you. 🤗❤️
My heart hurts knowing how much you’ll be missed, but probably even more so because every single damn memory I have of you, makes me smile. I know you and Missy are up there somewhere, in a Mac truck in the sky, eating Kraft dinner sandwiches and magic cookie bars and getting crumbs all over the place. I am also confident there will be as many future opportunities for you to look down and shake your head and say “you girls” as there were past opportunities for you to holler, “Krista put Checker on the damn phone.” Gary, you will be missed, but more than that, you’ll be remembered, because we all knew as much as we drove you crazy, you loved us and tolerated our shit because you loved Blythe even more. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
My condolences to Blythe and his family. I can only speak to his daughter, Blythe and how so very much she loved her father. I watched as Gary’s kindness help shape his beautiful daughter. His acceptance and support was unwavering as Blythe was in supporting him. Gary was so very kind and those blue eyes always knew truths. Blythe, find peace in that he is home … your could not have given anymore than you did. God Bless you all.
So sorry to hear that Gary passed away. He was a dear friend for over 40 years from when we were both in the moving business.
A kinder more gentle man you will never meet.

Our sincere condolence to the family and friends of our cousin Gary.
He will be missed by many.
May he Rest in Peace.
We were so blessed to know Gary in his last years. We spent so many days and nights in Matlock around the burning barrel that Gary dragged over for us. He was so generous with his time and always offering to help out. I use the step stool he made for me all the time. We loved visiting him in his shop every time we were out at the lake. We will miss him. Thank you Edie for taking good care of him and us. ❤️ Sara and Shawn
