William (Willie) Edward Smith
October 24, 1968 – December 14, 2022
Suddenly on December 14, 2022 at the age of 54 years, after a short battle with cancer, Willie of Winnipeg Beach, beloved husband of Diana Ducharme, passed away in the Johnson Memorial Hospital, Gimli, MB.
He was predeceased by his parents; Thorie and Irene Smith.
He leaves to morn his wife of 38 years, Diana, daughters, Ava and Nanci, fur baby Benji, sisters; Penny, Connie (Rudy), Rita and brother Thorie (Lori), many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
William spent many years employed with Mariner Neptune.
We would like to thank the staff at Johnson Memorial Hospital who were so accommodating and professional in their care of Willie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, December 28th at 11:00 am, at the Selkirk Friendship Centre, 425 Eveline Street, Selkirk, MB.
