A Celebration of Carla will take place at the Charleswood Legion, 5995 Roblin Boulevard, Winnipeg, on Saturday June 8, 2024 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Peacefully on Thursday, February 15, 2024, Carla passed away in Riverview Health Centre.
She is survived by her husband Ned, daughter Laura (Neil), and granddaughters Audrey and Lyla.
Cremation has taken place and arrangements are pending.

Carla was one of the best and she will be sorely missed by all who ever met her. We shared many Kenora & Carman Bonspiels, Legion Sunday curling, backyard golf tournaments, pigs-in-space games and “spur of the moment” get togethers over the years with Carla. Not forgetting the fun we had together in the Ladies Pool League too! Our condolences to all of her family.

Carla was a warm friendly person and if I was to drop in at the Charleswood Legion , Carla would always treat me very nice, and fill me in on how Ned was doing! We’ll all miss her for sure!
