May 20, 1932 – July 31, 2018

Passed away after a brief illness at the Seven Oaks Hospital.

He was predeceased by his brothers Stan and Joseph and infant grandson Jared Andrew Hayduk.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years Lorraine Ann (Polnik); his children Karen (Jim) Havelock, Debbie (Randy) Kellas, Diana (Tom) Henderson, James (Georgia) Grabowski; his grand children Dennis (Natalie), Allison (Leighton), Erinn (Levon), Arlene (Damion), Leanne (Leigh); his great-grand children Cohen, Hazey, Julian, Serena, Cali.

Cremation has taken place with respect to his wishes.
